By purchasing hardware devices from Andreas Muller, operated by DANYLO BESSOLITSYN KG, you agree to the following terms regarding physical goods:

1. Product Usage and Limitations

The hardware wallets provided are designed to hold the private keys of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or other crypto-based assets. We do not offer additional services such as purchasing, selling, exchanging, or trading assets. The hardware is supplied "as-is" for offline retention of private keys.

2. Liability Limitation

DANYLO BESSOLITSYN KG is not liable for data or crypto asset loss due to physical destruction of the drive, forgotten hardware PINs, or failure to properly safeguard your recovery seeds.

3. Hardware Warranty

All physical units come with a standard manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal offline use for a period of 24 months from the date of physical delivery.
